Delivery
Do you offer delivery?
We offer delivery on all travel trailers. Whether you're headed to Glamis, Ocotillo Wells, or any other destination, we've got you covered.
Do you charge a fee for delivery?
There is a nominal fee for delivery, which varies depending on factors such as location, duration of stay, and distance.
Can I tow myself?
Absolutely! If your tow vehicle is equipped to handle the trailer of your choice, you're good to go. Just remember, you'll need to arrange your own insurance coverage as we don't currently provide insurance services.
What time can I schedule my pickup or delivery?
Our trailer pickup and delivery times are flexible to accommodate your schedule. Just let us know what works best for you, and we'll make the arrangements accordingly. Whether you prefer an early morning start or an afternoon rendezvous, we're here to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for you.
Most customers arrange delivery between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Do you deliver to personal/private properties?
We're happy to deliver to personal properties, provided there's ample space for the RVs to park safely and in compliance with local regulations.
Checkout
What time is checkout?
Our checkout time is typically no later than 11 a.m however, for some campgrounds it may be as early as 10 a.m. Be sure to verify the specific checkout time with the campground where you're staying.
Is there a late return fee for the trailer?
If returning the trailer past the agreed-upon time, there will be a late fee of $50 per hour, unless otherwise arranged before the rental begins. If you anticipate being late, please give us a call to inform us of the situation.
Amenities
What amenities are included with the RVs?
Each RV comes fully equipped with clean sheets for every bed, a minimum of 5 gallons of propane, specialized RV toilet paper, chemicals for holding tanks, a one-time water fill-up for the unit, an outdoor rug, a broom, and dishwashing soap along with a cleaning sponge.
Do you have generators for rent?
We have a dedicated generator available specifically for each trailer.
Are the RV’s cleaned and sanitized before every rental?
Maintaining cleanliness is our top priority. Before every rental, we ensure that our units undergo a thorough sanitation process, including a complete wipe-down.
Do you provide a trailer dolly for arranging trailers in a specific configuration?
We offer a trailer dolly service to customize the arrangement of the trailer to suit your camping space perfectly. Simply inform us in advance, and we'll provide one at no additional cost. Your comfort and convenience are our priorities!
Is it necessary to empty the black and gray tanks before returning the trailer?
No need to worry about that; it's all part of the prep fee!
Policies
What are the prices for RV rentals?
Typically, our trailer rentals range from $110 to $200 per night, varying based on location and chosen dates. Please note, these prices exclude additional fees for cleaning, prep, and delivery services. We prioritize transparency and will furnish you with a detailed breakdown of all costs upfront, empowering you to make an informed decision about your rental.
Is smoking allowed in the RV unit?
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the RV units.
Are pets allowed in the RVs?
While we do allow pets, please be sure to obtain prior authorization from Go Outdoors RV Rentals before bringing them inside the RV. Keep in mind that there may be additional cleaning fees and an increased security deposit associated with pet accommodations.
